Shipping Rates
- For Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and handling fees are calculated based on cart value.
- Free shipping is available on selected products or promotional offers, as mentioned on the product page.
- For high-value or bulk orders, additional handling charges may apply. Customers will be notified before order confirmation.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the product type and order quantity.
- Bulk, customized, or special orders may take longer. The estimated dispatch time will be shared with the customer after order confirmation.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Time
- For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is completed within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may extend due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, courier delays, remote locations, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- A unique tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email once the order is shipped through our delivery partner.
Important Notes (Business Protection)
- Delivery Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the courier partner, XenoBuy is not liable for delays, damages, or loss during transit. However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier for resolution.
- COD Refusals: Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from using the COD option in the future.
- Incorrect Address: Orders with incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer at delivery time may result in return-to-origin. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
- Unforeseen Delays: While XenoBuy strives to deliver on time, customers are requested to allow for reasonable delays during festive seasons, peak demand, or emergencies.
