Return/Replacement Policy

📦 XenoBuy – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At XenoBuy, every order goes through strict quality checks and is packed securely to ensure safe delivery. Because of this, we follow a Zero Tolerance Policy for cancellations, returns, and replacements. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy 🚫

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • We do not entertain COD (Cash on Delivery) orders – all purchases must be prepaid.
  • Please double-check your cart and address before checkout, as all sales are final.

2. Return & Replacement Policy 🔒

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for reasons such as: did not like, changed mind, wrong size, or different from expectation.
  • Returns/replacements are accepted only if:
    • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or
    • The product received is incorrect (not what was ordered).
  • Customers must provide a mandatory unboxing video + clear images within 24 hours of delivery to support@xenobuy.in or WhatsApp.
  • Claims without proof will be rejected immediately.
  • If approved, a replacement of the same product will be sent. If not available, a store credit/refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy 💳

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection & approval of a valid claim.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • COD refunds (if any exception is granted) will be made via bank transfer only after details are shared by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items 🚫

The following items are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers).
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene, beauty products).
  • Customized/personalized items (special orders, engraved/printed items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases.
  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items (unless damaged upon delivery).

5. Customer Responsibility ⚖️

  • Customers must provide the correct address and active phone number during checkout.
  • If delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be treated as successfully delivered and no refund will be issued.
  • Returned products must be repacked securely. Any damage during return transit due to poor packing will make the return/replacement invalid.

6. Final Decision Clause 🛡️

  • All claims are subject to verification & approval by XenoBuy’s Quality Team.
  • XenoBuy reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Our decision will be final and binding.
